Ready-to-use solution in 50ml glass bottles with rubber balloon pipettes.
For glucose determination, 10 x 50 ml.
Flame Staining - Spray Solutions
The classic method using magnesia rods has the following disadvantages:
Clogging of the burner due to falling substance particles
Cartridge burners are unsuitable for flame staining, as they can only be used upright
Odor nuisance due to HCl vapors
The alternative is spraying salt solutions using an atomizer in the flame
Advantages:
No clogging of burners
Cartridge burners can be used
No risk of sample contamination
Potassium detection is performed without cobalt glass
No hazardous substance issues, as the spray solutions with a concentration of 1 g/l are no longer classified as hazardous substances
No fuming hydrochloric acid is used in this method
Scope of delivery:
7 different salt solutions, each 100 ml ml:
Sodium Chloride
Potassium Chloride
Strontium Chloride
Calcium Chloride
Barium Chloride
Lithium Chloride
Copper(II) Chloride
as well as 7 spray nozzles and lids, storage box, and instructions for use.
In a bottle with a pipette, measuring cup and color scale included.
Each in dropper bottles, as 0.1% solutions in ethanol
